Enjoy over 23,000 acres of Southwest Texas finest Rio Grande turkey hunting. Your hunt will also include some of the finest lodging and meals in the country. The accommodations at the ranch include a 2800 sq. ft. lodge with a full kitchen, fire place, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and two additional sitting areas, central heat and air, and Direct TV. This outfitter has a 99% success rate with 100% opportunity for every hunter during the last several seasons. Each 3 day hunt includes 2 gobblers and you may take 2 gobblers a day in Texas. In two days during the spring of 2003 six hunters harvested twelve longbeards. Another wonderful jake hatch was also observed insuring plenty of birds for 2004.

Hawaii

Imagine taking your dream vacation with the family and still finding time to hunt gobbling wild turkeys for a few days. It can happen on the Big Island in Hawaii. Hunt over 220,000 privately owned and managed acres in some of the most breath taking landscape in the world. The property elevation ranges from 6000 feet all the way down to sea level. A hunt might even be near an old lava flow. This outfit is managed by a Wildlife Biologist who knows his stuff. He currently believes that there are over 40 roost sites on the property and no roost gets hunted more the 3 times a year in most cases only 2 times a year. The entire property is home to an average of 1500 Rio Grande wild turkeys on any given year. The season runs from March 1 until April 15, and a hunter may take 2 toms a day and 3 toms a season. The ranch averages about 40 turkey hunters each year. There isn't a single bird on the entire ranch that is pressured. Hunts are available in 1 day hunts for 1 or 2 birds and 2 1/2 day hunts.  During my 2003 hunt I took 3 gobblers hunting with this outfitter and heard over 30 birds gobbling on the roost each day I hunted. The 2004 season will be fabulous because jakes were literally running around everywhere you looked. At one time during my hunt I had 25 jakes within 50 yards of me.
